Dutch Ovens...

Last night got to do a dutch oven cooking demo for some folks at church.  I love dutch oven cooking as it involves many "boy" elements:
- fire
- food
- butter, oil, cheese, potato and meat

I'll do a post shortly on my recipes, some tips and where to buy equipment.
